• If a monthly payment fails

If a scheduled monthly charge is unsuccessful, the system will pause the subscription billing.

You will be notified to update your payment method.

Once payment is successfully completed, the subscription cycle will continue.

Yes, you may cancel anytime. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your next renewal date.

However, reward points are only given in the 2nd and 4th month.

If you cancel before those months, the extra points for that month will not be awarded.

Your first shipment will be sent after your initial payment is successfully completed.

After that, your subscription runs in a fixed 4-month cycle.

The subscription price and free delivery benefits are calculated based on West Malaysia shipping rates.

Due to higher delivery costs, we are currently unable to extend the subscription plan to East Malaysia.

East Malaysia customers are still welcome to purchase via normal orders.

No. Each subscription plan is set for a specific product and size.

To change the size or product, you must cancel your current subscription and start a new one.

We recommend completing the full 4-month subscription to enjoy all benefits, then starting a new subscription with a different size or product in the next cycle.

If you choose to change midway, the new subscription will restart from Month 1, and reward points will not carry over.
